Websites for local businesses.
Barbers, takeaways, restaurants, salons, trades. I'm Miles, and I build every site myself. Twelve example designs are on this page — all my own work, one for each kind of business I build for. Have a look, then decide.
- £600 — one price
- Live in 7–10 days
- Half up front, half when you're happy
- You own the domain and the site
Example designs
Twelve example designs — one for each kind of business I build for. These aren't client sites; they're mine, made to show you what I can do and what suits your trade. Your site gets the same standard, with your real prices, photos and words. Click any card to see the full design.

How it works
Eight steps, no surprises. Each one is tagged with whose move it is — me or you.
-
You say yes, I send a one-page proposal
MeOne page: the price, exactly what's included, the timeline, and the 50/50 payment terms. No small print to wade through.
-
50% deposit
YouHalf the price by bank transfer, against a proper invoice. That's what starts the build.
-
I collect four things from you
BothYour confirmed real prices and opening hours · your own photos · what you want said about you · your socials and who handles changes. That's it.
Honest warning: photos are what slows every job down. Get them to me early and your site launches sooner.
-
I build
MeAbout a week to ten days start to finish — and most of that is usually waiting on photos, not building.
-
You see it before it goes live
BothYou get a private preview link. One round of changes is included — tell me what to fix and I fix it.
-
Your domain, in your name
YouThe domain is bought in your name, on your card — about £10 a year, paid straight to the registrar. You own it, not me. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.
-
Launch, then the second half
MeI put it live and check it on a real phone, not just a computer. The second invoice — the other half — comes on launch, when you're happy. Never before.
-
The care plan — only if you want it
YouThe site is yours and it keeps working either way. If you want ongoing changes and looking after, the care plan starts at £25 a month — a standing order from your bank, which you control and can stop whenever you like. If you don't want it, that's fine too.
What it costs
One price for the build. Everything after it is optional.
The build · one-off
£600
That's the price — flat, nothing hidden. Half (£300) up front to start the build, the other half on launch, when you're happy. Never before.
- Designed and built by me — the same standard as the example designs above
- Your prices, hours, menu and directions, done properly
- Booking, ordering or quote requests where they fit your trade
- Preview before launch, one round of changes included
- Every build independently checked before handover
- Launch checked on a real phone
After launch · optional
Care plan if you want it
Once the site's paid for, it's yours and it keeps working — some businesses never need a thing changed. The care plan is there if you want ongoing changes and looking after. Take it or don't.
-
Basic
£25/moHosting, security, uptime, and small text and price edits.
-
Plus
£45/moEverything in Basic, plus a Google Business post or seasonal tweak each month.
-
Pro
£75/moEverything in Plus, plus a dashboard refresh and a monthly "here's what your site did" report.
Honestly, this is not a hosting fee — hosting a site this size costs next to nothing. What it actually buys is same-day changes whenever you want them. It's a standing order from your end — I never take card details, you control it, and you can stop it whenever you like.
What else you can have
All of this comes later, once the site is live — nothing here is needed to get started. It's a menu, not a package: add what earns its keep, skip the rest.
Straight answers
The questions you're probably already asking.
Why should I trust you?
You don't have to take my word for anything. Twelve finished designs are above — judge them yourself. You pay half up front and the rest only when the site is live and you're happy. Every build is independently checked before handover.
Are those real client sites?
No, and I'm not pretending they are. They're example designs I built myself — one per kind of business — so you can judge finished work instead of promises. Your site gets the same standard, with your real prices, photos and words.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain is bought in your name, on your card — about £10 a year. If you ever stop working with me, you keep the domain and the site.
When do I actually pay?
50% by bank transfer against an invoice to start the build. The other 50% on launch, when you're happy with it — never before. The care plan after that is optional — a standing order you control, if you want it.
What if I want something changed later?
On a care plan, message me what you want changed — prices, hours, photos, anything — and it's done the same day, no extra charge. Not on one? Ask me anyway — one-off changes are no drama, and you can start a plan whenever it makes sense.
Do you only work with Manchester businesses?
No. I'm based in Fallowfield, but everything — the proposal, the preview, the changes, the launch — happens over phone, WhatsApp and email, so where you are doesn't matter.
